Pandemic Policy
In these uncertain times Serene Baby has implemented a pandemic policy regarding classes.
This policy has been put in place to give you guidelines on to what will happen in case of a pandemic.
A pandemic includes
Natural disasters, including flood, earthquake, wind, storm or other natural disaster; pandemic, threat of or preparation for epidemic, pandemic, or similar mass viral contagion risk; nuclear, chemical or biological contamination; war, threat of or preparation for war, armed conflict, imposition of sanctions, embargo, breaking off of diplomatic relations or similar actions; strike, labour unrest; embargo, act of government, or regulatory, customs, civil or military authority; inability to obtain supplies of products/raw materials, acts or omissions of carriers; terrorist attack, civil war, civil commotion or riots; or other events potentially affecting the market.
If such situations occur what will happen to classes?
Face to face classes will continue via an online platform until your course has completed.
This includes:
Baby massage & yoga
Massage, movement & yoga
Sensory, stretch & play
Any workshop.
For those parents who wish not to join an online class for their own reasons which I respect you will receive lifetime access to my baby massage & yoga teaching school course, which you can access as and when you wish.
During your online classes you will still receive the continued support you need during your parenthood journey from Serene Baby.
Unfortunately NO refunds will be issued out.
You do have the option to wait till the lockdown period has ended if you wish NOT to learn online.

In this notice and in the policy below “personal data” means any recorded information which identifies a living individual.
When you book a class/course/workshop you hereby consent to Serene Baby processing and retaining your personal data for the purposes of enrolling you and managing you during your course and keeping in touch with you after you have finished your course. Parents also agree that we can process your data to keep you up to date about events and other news and/or to inform you about any special offers from Serene Baby. This will also enable us to inform you about any changes in professional practice.
Visitors to our website and customers
Where you have provided your email in relation to creating an account, purchasing a product or signing up to receive a free download of any materials, we will store your email address to send you information about our services to keep you up to date about events and other news and/or to inform you about any special offers from Serene Baby. If we are working with a third party to provide you with a product order via drop-ship we will need to share your data with this third party to enable them to fulfil your order.
If you sign up to join our mailing list, you hereby agree to keep you up to date about events and other news and/or to inform you about any special offers from Serene Baby.
You can withdraw your consent and request erasure of your data at any time by informing us in writing.
