We offer baby massage & baby yoga classes in Bedford and its surrounding area. These classes can be booked as a 4 week course or I can provide 1:1 classes on the weekend so the family can learn together. You can view our next Classes here.

Sareena is absolutely lovely, very caring & supportive. Loved the touch of tea & biscuits. The class was very enjoyable – good pace & so good you offer to repeat moves and send videos! Love the weekly pics too!
We are more than just a class to attend, we offer love, support and connection with other parents, we hold different events for everyone to join and also hold private events just for mummies who have attended one of our classes.
