At Serene Baby, we offer small, nurturing Pilates classes designed specifically for the prenatal and postnatal stages of motherhood. Led by Sareena, who is specialist trained in pre and postnatal Pilates, every class is rooted in classical mat Pilates — safe, intentional movement that meets you exactly where you are.
All classes are held at The Serene Studio in Wootton, with just 5 spaces per class, so you always feel seen, supported, and never just a face in a crowd.
